ORDER POLICY

1. Refund & Return Policy

   For all orders placed at www.thelivinghistory.com.my, we accept items in their original condition, with complete packaging and tags attached, for a full refund via bank transfer. You have one week (7 days) to apply for a return request and send back the items from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund. The items must reach us within 14 days; thereafter, returns will not be entertained. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective option available, including tracking. We do not cover shipping fee for returns. Refunds can only be made once per purchase. This means that any order fully refunded cannot be processed a second time with a return. Proof of purchase is required before initiating a return.

   Only item(s) which meets the following criteria will be eligible for a refund:
   Item(s) in original packaging with labels and tags.
   Item(s) must have no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

   To initiate a return, you are required to submit your request to enquiries@seeingeyearts.com If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
   **The Living History reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item(s) do not meet the return policy requirements above.**

   Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 5 days, though generally less. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via bank online transfer to your provided account. You will receive the refund within (7) business days with an email proof of refund. In the event that you do not receive the refund within the stipulated time, please reach out to us at enquiries@seeingeyearts.com

    

2. Delivery
   All items purchased will be delivered within 12 business days.
