Datuk Shalin Zulkifli, born on March 28, 1978, in Islington, London, England, is a Malaysian professional ten-pin bowler. Throughout her illustrious career, she has clinched victories in numerous national and international tournaments. She has played and won various national and international tournaments, and has at various points in her career ranked No. 1 of the professional ten pin bowlers in Malaysia and Asia. Notably, during the 2001 World Tenpin Masters, she made history as the first female champion of the event, triumphing over Finland’s Tore Torgersen in the finals. As the head of the Malaysian Athletes Career and Education, she currently devotes her knowledge of the industry to ensure that all athletes are given the skills and opportunities to live well after they retire from the sports arena.
